Hello, we have received an update about a legal remedy for those who have unused Sunflower Spa Gift cards. You can view the public notice on The Post Crecent’s website; we have also copied the notice below. 

Please understand that we don’t have any control over Sunflower Spa’s accounts, the legal system, or anything else regarding this situation, but we are happy to extend our discount of 25% to Sunflower gift card holders who have a card. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF SUNFLOWER SPA, LLC Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 183 that: 1. Sunflower Spa, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved as of May 3, 2023. 2. All persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Sunflower Spa, LLC or its managers or members, in their capacities as such must present such claims to Sunflower Spa, LLC in writing and mailing said written claims to the following address: Sunflower Spa, LLC PO Box 111 Malone, WI 53049 3. Each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by any documentation supporting or substantiating the claim. 4. Any alleged claims against Sunflower Spa, LLC or its managers or members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
