What is the experience rate?
The experience rate is a 3% charge that is applied to all of our rituals. Each year the cost associated with using quality products increases and this charge helps the spa to stay financially healthy so we can continue to partner with lines that align with our commitment to using products that are ethically sourced and produced.
What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
At Flourish, we respect the commitment that our team makes to be at the spa at your reserved ritual’s time. If you’re unable to make it for your ritual, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another guest.
We ask for a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Should you call to cancel within the 24 hour time frame, you will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled ritual’s price.
Should you call to reschedule within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a $25 reschedule fee.
Should you miss your appointment with no call, a charge of 100% of the ritual’s total will be charged.
I lost my gift card! What now?
In most cases, we keep all purchased gift cards on file under both your name and the name of the person who purchased it for you. If you’ve lost your gift card, give us a call and we should be able to find it for you!
If your gift card was won through a raffle or donation – you must have the physical gift card to use it, as we have no way of confirming who the gift card was given to in those situations.
Is Flourish Spa the same business or a rebrand of Sunflower Spa?
No, Flourish Spa is an entirely different business. Although we purchased the old Sunflower Spa building, we have no relationship with the Sunflower Spa business.
