FLOURISH Spa MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is a 12-month contractual commitment with a required, one-time enrollment processing fee that is non-refundable. Auto monthly charges to your card on file at your selected rate ($24.99, $99.99, or $199.99) are redeemable toward rituals at Flourish Spa and cannot be exchanged for money nor gift cards. Each monthly credit is valid for up to two years from the date it is added and expires thereafter. If a guest’s membership concludes and they forfeit renewal, the client no longer qualifies for membership discounts; however, any remaining banked credits that have not yet expired may continue to be used toward rituals at full price until their individual two-year expiration dates. Guest’s membership takes effect on the date the client signs up. In the event that an auto monthly charge fails due to insufficient funds for two months of the 12-month membership, the contract may be voided at the discretion of Flourish Spa and the guest is no longer able to join Flourish Memberships. A fee of $100 is required to reinstate the guest’s booking abilities. Following completion of the 12-month contract, the guest’s membership may be canceled at any time via notice either in-person or by email. Auto monthly charges will conclude the month following the date of said notice. Cancellation of a contract membership prior to the end of the 12-month commitment will incur a cancellation fee at three times the rate of the guest’s monthly membership tier as follows: Bloom — $75; Flourish — $300; Thrive — $600. Membership, banked credits, and discounts cannot be used by nor transferred to anyone outside the contractually signed client. Flourish Spa cancellation fees still apply. Standing service and treatment prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, contracted perks and discounts will remain unchanged and will be honored for the 12-month contract (unless a price change is advantageous to the client). Discounts are not stackable with Flourish Memberships; the more advantageous discount to the client will be applied. If membership prices or perks change, clients with active membership contracts at the time of changes will be notified, and a new contract will need to be initiated if both parties agree to adopt the updated terms.
