Flourish Membership Sign-Up
FLOURISH Spa MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
This is a 12-month contractual commitment with a required $10 one-time enrollment processing fee that is non-refundable. Auto monthly charges to your card on file at your selected rate ($24.99, $99.99, or $199.99) are redeemable towards rituals at Flourish Spa and cannot be exchanged for money nor gift certificates. If a client’s membership concludes and they forfeit renewal, client no longer qualifies for membership discounts, however their banked amount does not expire and can continue to be used for rituals at full price. Client’s membership takes effect on the date the client signs up. In the event that an auto monthly charge fails due to insufficient funds for two months of the 12-month membership, contract may be voided at the discretion of Flourish Spa and client is no longer able to join Flourish Membership. A fee of $100 is required to reinstate client’s booking abilities. Following completion of the 12-month contract, client’s membership shall be voided at any time via notice, either in-person or email. Auto monthly charges will conclude the following month subsequent to the date of said notice. Cancellation of contract membership prior to end date of the 12-month commitment will incur a cancellation fee at three times the rate of their monthly membership tier as follows: Bloom cancelation fee of $75; Flourish cancellation fee of $300; Thrive cancelation fee of $600. Membership, bank, nor discounts can be used by nor transferred to anyone outside the contractually signed client. Flourish Spa Cancellation Fees still apply. Standing service and treatment prices are subject to change at any time without notice, however, contracted perks and discounts are to remain unchanged and will be honored for the 12-month contract (unless price change is advantageous to the client). Discounts are not stackable with Flourish Memberships, more advantageous discount to client will be applied. If membership prices or perks change, clients with membership contracts at the time of changes, notice will be given and a new contract will need to be initiated if both parties agree to invoke a new contract.
