A 3% experience rate is applied to all rituals and is reflected in our pricing. This rate supports our continued use of high-quality products and thoughtful partnerships with brands that align with our commitment to ethically sourced and responsibly produced ingredients. It allows the spa to remain financially healthy while maintaining the elevated standard of care you expect.

It’s about turning everyday self-care into something you truly experience, not just check off your to-do list.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled ritual, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another guest.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ritual will incur a charge of 50% of the ritual price.

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled ritual will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, applied to the card on file.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the ritual price.

Couples & Group Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all couples and group rituals. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first scheduled ritual will incur a charge of 50% of the total scheduled services.

Most gift certificates are securely kept on file under both the purchaser’s name and the recipient’s name. If you’ve misplaced your gift certificate, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist in locating it.

Gift certificates received through raffles or donations must be presented in their physical form at the time of service, as these certificates are not stored in our system and cannot be verified without the original card.

To preserve the tranquil nature of the spa and ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, we ask that children not accompany you to your scheduled ritual.

Rituals will need to be rescheduled if a child is present, and our last-minute cancellation policy will apply.
