We’ll send a text reminder 48 hours before your Reservation and an email reminder 24 hours before. If we don’t receive your confirmation, our team will also give you a call.

Please confirm when you get your reminder. Reservations that remain unconfirmed after our text, email, and phone attempts may be released so the time can be offered to another Guest.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your Reservation. This gives you time to check in, settle in, and begin your visit relaxed rather than rushed.

Your Ritual time is reserved from start to finish. A 60-minute massage means 60 minutes of hands-on time, and our team prepares your room between Guests. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best with the time remaining so we can stay on schedule for the Guest after you. Your Ritual will end at its originally scheduled time and is charged at the full price. If you’d prefer the full experience, you’re welcome to reschedule (a $25 fee applies within 24 hours).

Before your visit, you’ll complete a consultation form and acknowledge our cancellation policy. This helps your Provider plan a safe, personalized experience around any medical conditions, allergies, or preferences. Please let us know about any changes to your health, medications, or pregnancy before each visit.

You’ll choose your Ritual style and pressure when you book, so your Provider can be fully prepared before you arrive. You’re always welcome to speak up during your Ritual if anything should be adjusted.

Weekend Pricing: Weekend rituals are priced $10–$20 higher than weekday experiences, reflecting the increased demand for our most popular appointment times.

Experience Rate: All listed prices include our 3% experience rate, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Cashless Experience: For a seamless checkout experience, Flourish does not maintain a cash drawer. While we do accept cash, we are unable to make change at the spa.

Flourish Spa gift certificates can be used toward any Ritual or retail purchase and expire one year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on each certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be replaced if lost or stolen, so please treat them like cash. Promotional certificates may carry their own terms and expiration dates.

We’re committed to a professional, safe, and respectful space for every Guest and every member of our team. Inappropriate comments, requests outside the scope of our services, or any disregard for draping guidelines will end your Ritual immediately, and the full Ritual price will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse future Reservations to anyone who doesn’t respect these boundaries.
