Hey there, I’m Kenzie the founder of Flourish Spa—and I want to reintroduce myself and remind you why this space was created.

I opened Inspire Spa first, not for our guests (although I adore them), but for the kind of provider I once was: overworked, under-supported, hopping job to job trying to find a place that truly fit. I created Flourish because I knew there had to be a better way—for us.

🌱 Flourish is about growth, about thriving—not just surviving—in an industry where burnout is far too common. It’s about providers who want to make a real impact, while also making a comfortable living. It’s about choosing balance, intention, and alignment.

I’ve poured every hard-earned lesson into this place—from building something out of nothing to creating a culture where people can feel proud of the work they do and the lives they live.
